Solanum dulcamara - Bittersweet

Solanum lycopersicum - Tomato

Tomato are often found in dumps, beside sewage outlets and, as in this case, beside roads.

Solanum nigrum - Black Nightshade

The "black" comes from the colour of the fruit. 

This is an annual and more bushy than Solanum dulcamara (Bittersweet), which is more of a climber. This lacks the leaflets at the base. It is less common than S. dulcamara.
