Descurainia sophia - Flixweed
This is an unusual plant in vc77, commoner round the Moray Firth and East Anglia.
It has greyish-green, finely-divided leaves and a clustered flower-head. The yellow petals are shorter than the sepals.
So if you see a yellow Thalecress with Yarrow-like leaves, think of Flixweed.
