Anthemis cotula - Stinking Chamomile

Although similar to related species (Mayweeds and Chamomiles), this plant’s leaves have a quite distinctive appearance. The flowers are clean and bright but, when fresh, the plant smells horrible! Look for bright yellow and clean white in the flowers, hairy beneath with a yellowish row of teeth (receptacular scales).
