Chelidonium majus - Greater Celandine
This is unrelated to the Lesser Celandine or in the Buttercup family.
The 4-petalled flower might suggest a Brassica, but the grey-green leaves with rounded lobes shows it is in the wider poppy family.
It is sparsely hairy and has orange sap. The seeds are 3-5cm long and thin.
It is common in England and is usually found in vc77 as a garden throw-out or as a relic of “wild-flower” seed mixes.
